Invictus Point Financial Services (IPFS) (Pty) Ltd is a Financial Services Provider that has been authorised by Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) and currently offers Category A products with the affiliated companies, namely: Metropolitan, Sanlam, Old Mutual, Liberty and Avbob. The products currently offered relate to funeral products, consolidations, replacements, general servicing and assistance with claims with affiliated companies.
OBJECTIVES
IPFS has applied at FSCA for Category C and will soon offer more product basket which include life covers, investments, retirement annuity, pension funds, discretionary and non-discretionary investments etc.
Our target market are the affluent public servants, private sector, parastal institution employees and pensioners.
IPFS has an independent and FSCA approved Compliance Officer that keeps an eye on the Company and ensures that the Company is abreast with the legislation changes.

Lonwabo Azola Mbayi
Director
The founder of the Company. He graduated in 2012 from University of Fort Hare (East London Campus) and obtained Bachelor’s Degree in Economics (BEcon) in Business Science. He then worked as Financial Advisor at Old Mutual in 2013. He worked in Fibre Processing and Manufacturing SETA in 2014. In 2015 he realized that his passion is in the Financial Industry and worked at Liberty Insurance for 5 years as a Senior Business Development Specialist (Senior Broker Consultant). He then, in 2019 joined Metropolitan as Regional BC and later became a Metropolitan Branch Manager.
In his journey in the Industry he collected various accolades and proved to be one of the best in the Financial Industry with 12 years experience.
He registered IPFS (Pty) Ltd FSP in 2023 and became founding Director and Principal of IPFS (Pty) Ltd.
Nolubabalo Mbayi
Executive Business Liaison Specialist
She graduated in Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University in 2013 and obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (BComm) Business Management and Economics.
She worked as a Teller and Service Consultant at Standard Bank, Pretoria, after graduating. She then became Business Development Consultant at Sanlam/Glacier for 6 years. She then moved to 1Life as Broker Account Manager. She excelled in her roles and grew in the Financial Industry. She has won awards and has more than 10 years’ experience in the Industry.
She is now at IPFS as an Executive Business Liaison Officer working with the affiliated Companies and works hand-in-hand with the Director for the overall running of the Company.
Chuma Dondolo
Marketing Specialist
He Graduated from the University of Fort Hare in 2012 and Obtained a Degree in Fine Arts. He worked as an Art Project Manager between 2012 and 2014 for Bisho Youth Care Centre. He has a great experience in Digital Marketing and even opened his own Multimedia Company working with Izwi Labantu and Benathi Multimedia as a Freelance Videographer and Visual Artist. He later obtained his DOFA in 2022 as he worked as a Metropolitan Financial Advisor.
He is now Marketing Manager at IPFS working with the Outsourced Professional IT Advisor to put the Company in the public eye and extend its footprint. He is a well experienced Executive Financial Advisor, as well, growing his client base.
Siyanda Mthethwa
Operations Specialist
He studied at College of Cape Town in 2017 and obtained Diploma in Business Management. In 2018, He worked at Department of Health in the Supply Chain Directorate as a Procurement Clerk. He obtained his DOFA in 2022 at BFS and worked at Metropolitan as Financial Advisor and was promoted to be Senior Financial Advisor.
He is now at IPFS as Operations Manager looking at high level operations of the Company assisting Financial Advisors with all their operating needs and worksite placements. He is the Executive Financial Advisor also, growing his own client base.
Xola Mpetshe
Product and Business Etiquette Training Specialist
Over the years He has gained expertise as a Trainer in different institutions, to name a few; at Community Media Trust (Siyayinqoba Beat It) as a Treatment Literacy Trainer and Africare South Africa as a Programme Officer.
He is now at IPFS working as Product and Business Etiquette Training Specialist focusing on continuous refresher training for all Financial Advisors with the objective of retaining excellent quality Financial Advisors. He is a trained Executive Financial Advisor who is growing his client base.
Sivuyisiwe Mxosa
Human Capital Specialist
She has a Human Resource Diploma from MSC Business College. In 2022 she obtained a class of business certificate in investments from Millpark Education. She has worked at Old Mutual as a Financial Advisor and later joined Metropolitan as a Financial Advisor.
She is now a Specialist of Human Capital at IPFS looking after recruitment and onboarding of new financial advisors.
